Lecithin

A natural emulsifier that helps fat and water stay mixed.

Lecithin is a mix of fatty compounds found in soybeans, sunflower seeds and eggs. It helps fat and water stay mixed, and it’s used in small amounts to bind fats in foods and treats. It also supplies some choline.

Soy lecithin is mostly fat with very little soy protein left in it, but if your pet is allergic to soy, ask your veterinarian.
